The freshers at our firm have to undergo statuory training along with working at real life projects for 1-3 months depending on the requirements of situation. During this period, a fresher is taught by their seniors in that field and, the trainee employs that knowledge in real world and learns new things through implementation experiment.
Our employees are not limited or bounded by one field or one specialization, they work at different platforms at their wish and polish their talent and in turn get in depth expert knowledge of the field. Moreover, they (employees) are allowed to grow according to their aspirations. We constantly urge and encourage our employees to pursue their further studies with work.
